Dr. Kaitlyn (Kate) Scholl grew up in the Upper Perkiomen Valley and received a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina, where she played field hockey. She received a Pre-Health Certificate while also coaching field hockey at Villanova University. Dr. Scholl attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year studies at The Ohio State University. She earned her D.V.M. in September of 2020. Dr. Scholl’s professional interests include ophthalmology and soft tissue surgery. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Scholl enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, Reagan and Rosey. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, playing or watching field hockey, and attending Philly sporting events.

Internal Medicine
Dr. Emma Nixon grew up in Florence, South Carolina. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ithaca College in New York where she competed in college gymnastics and earned a B.A. in Biology and Mathematics. She then earned her DVM at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2021. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, and internal medicine. Outside of veterinary medicine Dr. Nixon enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Thor. She also enjoys participating in recreational flag football and slow pitch softball, going to the movies, and spending the day at the beach.

Dr. Jenna Wilson grew up in Havertown, PA. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Animal Biosciences in 2016. She received her D.V.M. from the University of Florida in 2020 as well as a certificate in Veterinary Business Management. Dr. Wilson's professional interests include soft tissue surgery and neurology. In addition to spending time with her family and her dog Ruby, Dr. Wilson enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and watching Philly sports.

Wellness Blood Profiling: We recommend that all of our senior pets (6-8 years of age and above) receive wellness blood profiling. As our pets age, we begin to see some common diseases such as chronic kidney disease, liver disease, and thyroid disease. 20% of dogs and cats 7 years and older with a normal physical exam and no clinical signs of disease seen by owners will have disease that is present on the routine blood screening. Many of these can be treated with nutrition alone to try to help prevent further disease.

Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Bogle grew up in Doylestown, PA. He received his B.S. in Biology at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. He then went on to receive his doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Greg has been with Harleysville Vet since graduating veterinary school, and became a partner in 2022. Greg’s professional interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, emergency/critical care, small mammal exotics medicine and ultrasound. When not at the hospital, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Greg is a lover of the outdoors, spending his free time backpacking and fishing. Greg is also a huge Philadelphia sports fan.
