This place gets worse with each visit! In what universe is it appropriate to have a man in the women's locker room servicing the SHOWERS at 9:30am with dozens of naked women walking around?!?!? On top of that, the housekeeper seemed to think this was a good time to clean the over head vents. Yea, chunks of dirt falling from the ceiling while I'm showering! I actually opened my shower curtain and said to the woman, you better hope that isn't landing on our towels. She looked confused as though she was doing nothing wrong. I went to the desk on my way out (noting the "men working in locker room" sign in the doorway that was not there when I arrived), and asked for the manager. "John" said that Mondays are when maintenance comes and two sinks had been reported broken. Then why was the guy in the showers??? And I do mean literally IN THE SHOWERS, not in the general area. Although I was clearly unhappy, John never stopped shuffling his papers or even gave me the courtesy of looking up. He was quite unconcerned and said, yea, housekeeping isn't supposed to do that right now, again, never even looking up. I will be canceling my membership today. Thanks for the bad experience LA Fitness. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know.
