        Serving Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner, our dishes include Burritos, Tacos, Tostadas, Huevos Rancheros, and Salads. Our dishes feature all natural chicken, New Zealand raised natural beef, locally grown avocados and tomatoes, and trans-fat free cooking oils. Join us or order our convenient take-out. Live Music is featured every evening in the Food Court. Federicos is family owned and operated by Federico and Maria Hernandez since 2009. Our idea was to create an Authentic Mexican Cuisine and offer it to the Hawaiian Islands. Chef Freddie has learned all his talents in the culinary field, when he started working as a Chef in 2001 at the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, CA. Working with different chefs from around the world like Master Chef Azmin Gramham, Chef Castan from France and Chef Ross Turnbull from Canada.
