They've done a lot of upgrades and exterior improvements. With Beach opening up, should be a great and easy place to live!

I have lived here almost 6 years. My husband died a few months after we moved here and the office and maintenance have helped me in every way they could. I could live in senior apts, but it would be like leaving home. Love it here

are all bills paid. and are they furnished

We love it here! It is so peaceful and the people are so friendly and accommodating. We came here while our home was being fixed after a fire , and decided to sell the house and stay!
