        Horrible

        This place was very disappointing! Poor excuse for room temperature oysters! To be called the original oyster house you would think the oysters would be good! The crackers were stale in the wrapper? How? Then we had boiled shrimp with NO seasoning.... Total waste of money and time! Waited for an hr and 20 min. All I can say good is that the workers were nice and that's it! We will never go back!

        Good meal at reasonable prices.

        Expected it to be pricey, it was not. Ordered shrimp au gratin and broiled platter. Au gratin excellent. Broiled platter could have been browned a bit more and served hotter. Excellent waitress. Beautiful view overlooking a salt marsh bayou. Would return.

        Great Seafood

        We were at the gulf shores for our first time and went to the oyster house and the food was amazing with wonderful service but the prices were a little high compared to the other places we ate while we were there but this was our best meal the whole week! I would definitely go back if we are on the area again!

        Staff and owners must have written reviews here, the food is overpriced, over seasoned small portions. Ive had better at Long John Silvers

        Great Seafood. Awsome crabcakes with the best remoulade sauce ever (ask for extra). Flounder, shuci, mahi mahi, and all you can eat shrimp are some good choices off the menu. Really good salad bar, I always add it to m y meal.
