Beachside Resort Hotel

Very clean, modern, quiet!!



We stayed at the BEACHSIDE RESORT HOTEL, and as usual we had a good visit. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, and linens. Very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, excellent front desk staff, quick check in and best of all a great healthy choice breakfast and West Beach bar & grille Onsite Restaurant. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

My experience at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever had. We arrive to find out that someone had cancelled our room on us. I later find out it was because we didn’t check in right at 3pm. We got there much later as we drove quite a ways to get there. They then claimed that they called me and since I did not call back within 30 minutes, they cancelled the room. I never received such a call or any message informing me of this. The manager that explained this to me, who was tallish, super short blonde hair and probably in her mid 40s or so was VERY VERY rude. She even told a couple that came in inquiring about room availability to come back in a couple hours to see if anything opened up! We were never offered that. Blessing in disguise though because the rooms were filthy, holes in the sheets and the mattress was seriously sagging in the middle. (they gave us a room for the night we got there but cancelled the rest). I do NOT recommend this hotel.
