Saturday's

I came in today to get haircut n highlights n I had been waiting for a long time well in walks this women with her little girl n the manager was all over them so it was my turn n I got the manager n as I'm walking over she looks at them n says I'm sorry honey it's gonna be a lot longer n I felt like wow r u serious u totally acted like u didn't want to asset me n like I was an unconvinced to u so I told her I didn't want her to do my hair cause she was rude so I told her to go ahead n take them so once again I had to set n wait but I ended up with this young man who is fantastic n did such a great job n was so kind but if I come in here before u get service ask if it's the manager cause trust me she has no time for the customers ask for the young man so for him I'm giving him 5 stars but the manager I wouldn't rate her a thing

So i have been going to Saturdays to get my hair done practically all my life and have always liked the service. HOWEVER the last time i was in i had this woman named ALICIA/FELICIA/MELISSA whatever something of that nature. She was very rude to me and i felt like i was being rushed. When i go get my hair done it is suppose to be a pampering time for me yet with her attitude she made me feel like i was a nuciance and i felt like i was in her way and taking up her time. I understand that people have bad days however if you work in a public place and offer a service to people you have to have some kind of ability to act okay. Maybe she should take some acting classes or something because she completely ruined my experience there so next time i go i will definetely ask for someone ELSE!!!!
