Direct Plumbing & Drain

This has been the worst experience with a company I have ever had in my life!!!! They come by the first day and start their work. Right after they finish their day, they said to call them to finish hooking everything up when the bathroom was tiled and ready for finishing. They asked for all the money up front!!!! This should have been a sign for me but I didn't want to start any trouble because they already started work and they insisted on having the money up front. When we call them to come finish they put in the flange and say we didn't pay to have the whole thing finished. Their price was almost DOUBLE what our new plumber would charge for the same work and they are saying we need to pay them more to finish!!!!! All in all we ended up spending 600 dollars more for these bozos to do the work than what our new plumbers would charge. Plus our new plumber showed us how cheaply they did their job and how they cut corners.

After telling us they weren't going to finish for this price we paid they went to the truck to call the boss to see what they could do on price to finish. Once they got to the truck they took off. We called the boss and he said his guy told him that I held up my fist and threatened him. This was 100% a lie. I was standing next to my mom the whole time!!!!

The moral of the story is never use direct plumbing!!! Never pay up front no matter how much they pressure you!!!! They're are much better cheaper plumbers out there who Aren't con artists like direct plumbing.
