Sartin's Powerhouse

Very poor customer service. Very slow in there repairs. Have been waiting a month for my lawn mower to be repaired. Now that it is "done" I receive a call stating that the repair is under warranty but they now have to get approval which may be another week or so or I can pay for the repair out of pocket to get my lawn mower back now. Would not use the company again.

Sartin's Powerhouse in Greenville, TX has to be the WORST lawn mower repair business I have ever encountered. No business can survive when you are constantly lied to, avoid responsibility, break agreements and you demonstrate no accountability for your repeated failures. Yeah I know "it's summertime". I've wasted 6 weeks time and I could have left my mower at home and accomplished more. Complete waste of gas money and time. So this is my FREE ADVERTISEMENT...If you need a lawn mower like one's they sell from GRASSHOPPER MOWERS or a STIHL chainsaw or trimmer or just need something serviced... DO NOT go to Sartin's Powerhouse in Greenville. I'm told they have another office in Campbell and based on the ordering excuses I was given, I would steer clear of Sartin's Powerhouse in Campbell as well. That's my good deed for the day - You've been warned!!!
