I'm not at all satisfied with this company, due to extremely poor customer service. I've switched my Mother to another company simply because I've was spoken to very rudely by a so-call location Manager named Jeri. She was very unprofessional from the beginning of the experience. I realize that the business of providing oxygen to the customer is mundane to them, but to the customer/patient it is abnormal to patients whom have never had to experience this before. This company needs to know that they are losing business due to the unprofessional and rudeness of this employee. I will not deal with anyone who thinks its okay to speak to the customer in such a discourteous manner. So long Rhema!!!! Using their under-handed billing practices, to be able to bill your insurance company for entire month... Even though your have switched to another supplier company. Believe me there are other companies that treat the customer/patient with RESPECT.... #don'thavetotakeit!
