L & M Auto Center

I have used L & M several times and have found they are knowledgeable on everything I've had problems with. My wife and I always felt they gave us good service and we've never had to return an auto for something they didn't do or that was left undone. In other words,,,,we recommend them HIGHLY.

To Customers reading these reviews, disregard the previous review by Hellokittyintx. It's obvious this is not a good person. I've personally known the owner and his mechanics for many years and would prefer not to take my vehicle to anyone else but L & M Automotive. They are friendly ,honest, fair and upfront about your vehicles problem. There's not very many places a woman can take her vehicle and not worry about being taken advantage of and as a plus I have been given rides to my work place while my vehicle was being repaired. As for the additional comments made by hellokittyintx about it being filthy, trashy, etc, is a lie. This place is clean and organized. The owner and his mechanics are good men and would not talk abusively and or use foul language to their customers and or at eachother, as hellokiityintx has stated. I highly recommend L& M Automotive to anyone.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This is the most NASTY, TRASHY, UNKEPT, DISHONEST place I have ever been! I had to take my automobile back SEVERAL times before they even fixed it the RIGHT WAY!! The person who was suppose to fix it right the first time, was too busy talking to people and standing around to actually concentrate on my automobile. The other guy there, (he walked with a limp) was constantly working his tail off, and was the one who actually fixed it correctly. The only reason I even took it back was because I had already paid them. The old man, (I guess he is the owner) is the rudest man I have ever encountered. Not only was he rude to customers, he was constantly cussing and he treated one of his mechanics (the one who limped) like he was DIRT. I actually felt sorry for this guy, he was the only one there who seemed like he knew what he was doing. I should of known NOT to take my car there by the LOOKS of the place. It is dirty and scummy. And if my boss ever spoke to me the way he spoke to his employee, I would of PUNCHED HIM IN THE NOSE!!!
