Overall

My wife took her 2015 Kia Forte Loupe here for am oil change and in addition to over filling her engine with oil they left the drain plug screwed out halfway. It leaked oil and could have dropped the drain plug and caused the motor to seize up. We got lucky. I do not recommend anyone to have their automobile serviced at this business. She will not be doing business here anymore ever.

DANGEROUS SERVICE.We really thought this was a good business. We recently conducted a pre-trip tire rotation and oil change, that included replacement of the rear brakes. Three hours later, 10:30 PM, on I 30 on a trip to Chicago while doing 75 mph, all 5 tire posts of the right rear wheel sheered off. Thank God the rotor caught on the rim and held while we pulled over. When the tow truck driver showed and saw the damage he immediately stated they over torqued the lug nuts. The Jeep dealership service guy, Colt , said every time it happened in their shop it was due to over torquing the lug nuts by employee error. Maintenance guys at my husband's company said the lugs were over torqued simply based on the pictures. We called the company to let them know what happened 3 hours after the guys in the Greenville shop worked on my Jeep (in between vaping in the service bay). We were told they can't help us. So they charged us $205. for services that almost killed us. My husband is a retired disabled Navy Senior Chief. Brenda, the Regional Manager, took an entire day to call us back, only to tell us that it was a matter for the insurance companies. We even called the shop to make sure they check the tool so it doesn't happen to someone's grandma and they got defensive and blew us off. I guess we will have to sue. They didn't even offer to refund the money they took for the defective service. Nice way to treat someone who has survived multiple conflicts since the first Gulf War. In all the opportunities where he could have got hurt the closest he came was their service. We work hard for our money and we take care of our Jeep. We now know we should have gone to the Jeep dealership. We try to support local businesses but not if they can't support their customers. And because the threat is so dangerous we decided for the first time, to take this to reviews, to social media and word of mouth about how they treat their mistakes and customers. All you have to do is google what would cause the sheering of all the lug posts. OVER TORQUE. And Brenda was just about saving the company a buck instead of helping a repeat customer, We gave them an opportunity to right this wrong, I never went off on them as I believe I have a right, and they fell way short.

Today the owner and employees helped me with a minor emergency, I had had my oil changed at another place, but that place had forgotten to put the oil cap back on! This made a mess of my new car and could have caused major damage. The owner here also owns Kwik Kar Auto Spa in Greenville, they identified the problem, cleaned my vehicle, then sent me to the lube & tune where I received excellent service done right. Not only did they take care of my vehicle, they took care of me too! Thank you so much! I'll be a regular customer from now on.

I went in for a state inspection, but my tires were bald. The staff let me know about the problem in a very respectful way and even recommended a tire store. Everyone I encountered at Kwik Kar was helpful, professional and courteous and worked hard to make sure my car was running properly without charging ridiculous rates.
