BUYER BEWARE is my review of this dealership. Without getting into all the gory details, I will keep this cautionary tale as short as possible.
After extensive and exhausting research finally found the exact model with specific features, but most importantly a price I willing and able to do, or so I thought…
From the very start of the long distance negotiations, there was frustration due to feeling totally “handled” badly I might add, but coming to terms. Happy to travel the 4 hours out of state to pick up my find, after a short test drive and confudled closing, we did take the vehicle. However, on the 4 hour drive home realized this was NOT the model contracted. Alerting the dealership the next day, the frustration went into overdrive. We were ignored, put off, led on & ultimately lied to. We were getting nowhere so my husband took off work to go back the 4 hours to actually meet the GM. After he waited 5 hours for him to show up he apologized and agreed to an arrangement & deal. Asking for that in writing my husband was told “If we don’t have our word what do we have.”
Going back the 4 hour drive to the dealership weeks later to complete the arrangement, needless to say the GM didn’t “remember” the deal. Avoiding a totally warranted melt down, my husband was the bigger man and left feeling defeated , deflated and absolutely jerked around.
Now adding insult to injury they sent the paperwork out late costing us penalties along with now being upside down on this vehicle. All because this dealership proves inept professionalism and a total lack of ethics.
