Boy this is the place to get yo car hooked up! I been before and didn't like the other woman up there but now she gone they got a new girl up there boy lemme tell you she is so professional and kind and funny and Marc is wonderful always has been the price is right and they hooked me up he added me a stereo system and I be bumping boy lemme tell you it is so tight boy its nice and I didnt gave to wipe my bank account out either

2nd that motion for messy scammers, I finally realized that I was being lied too, while my car was waiting to be painted for an entire month , they were off taking an Easter vacation! Called at least ten times to be sent in circles an they haven't even started on my car yet because they were searching for someone who knew how to fix my door literally , Mark only paints Ja just loud mouthed an rude an obnoxious! Payment rendered upfront with no refunds is a tragic because the work isn't gonna get done fully regardless! Wish I had just went to the junkyard an pulled out my own dents for $1500! No stars given here , my car is still being held hostage with no talk of a definite date on when I will get it back ! Mark an Ja it's time to retire' when business isn't good enough for honesty an integrity! Just saying treat all customers as u would want to be treated ! Next time it's anywhere else but here! Have to give this one star just to post my experience so not deserving of it at all!

Let us start with customer service! The manager needs to hire somebody outside of family because this women has NO professional skills! Don't pay of front! Don't trust anything they say... This business has no integrity. Say anything to get paid, but don't do the work correctly! Messy scammers

Stay far away from this business!. They are thieves. Marc Thomasson and Jae Thomasson are the owners. They will take your "deposit" and never give you the products that you have ordered. They will never give you a refund either. Check out News 2 and Fox 8 Soon to see them featured. Jae will give you major attitude at the front desk ( but only after you have paid them) and Marc will give you the run around and try to avoid confrontation with you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I hate that I had to give them the one star to post here.

DO NOT GO HERE! Save your time, money, and sound mind! They do horrendous business and are the worst communicators I've ever seen in my life. I ordered an automatic starter from them 2 weeks before Christmas and still haven't gotten the job finished and here we are 2 weeks from March. It had been so much time to pass and he'd given me the run around so many times that he couldn't even remember what the job was anymore. Every time I call to get an update on when I can get it completed, there's a million excuses and they never call you to tell you when something changes even after paying to make an "appointment." The girl has a major attitude problem and acts like she doesn't know anything when you have a question or if you ask why they didn't let you know something in advance. The guy just gives you the run around and every excuse in the book to avoid confrontation. I'll never go back to these people. Save your time & money even if you have to pay more. Trust me you'll be thankful.

Great people! Marc created a vision for my truck and its AMAZING! Jae kept me up to speed on the progress and i'm very satisfied. We will be doing business again with them. Yes it takes a while Marc is only one man but if you want it right the first time, he is well worth the wait!

I took my vehicle there for a custom job and was extremely happy at first with how quick the radio equipment came. As far as the rims and tires a totally different story. Now they hooked up the sound system but did not hide all the wires but did add a mute switch was awesome. The original rims that were ordered never came in so they gave me a different set of rims and tires. Really not sure about should I complain or be glad that I at least got some rims and tires! I rarely would deal with the female owner, just the guy who did most of the work. So it is a 50 50 crap shoot what type of service you will get. In my case I am just glad I didn't have to go to court but if there is a next time ... I would like what originally ordered and more timely return of my vehicle. Lambo sends

WARNING!!!! Do not go to Citi Tint!!!!

I gave the owner the required deposit ($1000.00) for rims, tires, and lambo doors. After 3 months of lies, and deception, the owner calls me and tells me he cancelled the order and will refund my money. After 2 more months of lies, I had to take Cititint to court, where he claimed that there was no refund on deposits. I finally won the court case 2 months ago, and still have not received a dime back.
