It is vital that you continue to visit your family dentist once every six months for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups, even during your orthodontic treatment. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure you receive the best possible care.

Keep your retainer clean, too, by brushing it gently with a toothbrush and toothpaste. You may also soak it in denture cleaner as instructed by Dr. Trentini. Do not put it in boiling water or in the dishwasher.

Dental Implants
This girl was born without lateral incisors. Sometimes the teeth are moved orthodontically to allow replacement with implants or bridges. In this case, treatment with Invisalign closed the spaces, substituting the adjacent canines for the missing teeth.

The iTero scanner can be used for any orthodontic treatment, including Invisalign®.
