I was not at all impressed with the food or the service. My group ordered the sandwich display with potatoe salad, pasta salad, fruit and veggie trays to feed 260 people. She came in about 45 mins before serving time with her young daughter. She had tune sandwiches ( less than 260) , one tray of ham slices, one tray of Turkey slices and one tray of chicken salad. There was 3 trays of potatoe salad and 5 trays of two kinds of pasta salad. There was more bread than meat and and more than enough veggies. The side dishes were not tasty and there was not enough meets for the bread. I kept telling her that this was not enough chicken salad to serve 260 people. She said if
they get a small dev it would last. There was not enough serving utensils and the ones she had were plastic and broke easily. If she had spent more money on meats and less on the side dishes this may have helped some. Would not recommend them.4
