Cow/calf care: Our veterinarians can make herd health recommendations unique to your farms needs. Some of the services we offer are pregnancy checks, vaccinations, trouble shooting health problems and synchronization programs, and obstetrical emergency services.
Behavioral Counseling
The Veedersburg clinic was built in 1996 at the west edge of town on the same site as the original clinic. We have completed an addition to the building in the summer of 2020 to include a larger treatment area, a 4th exam room, extra office space, a new isolation area, and a new staff meeting room. Our special services unique to this location included behavior consultation and canine reproductive services.
Comprehensive Examination

We offer many small animal services, including small animal community practice, medicine, surgery, canine rehabilitation services, behavioral services, acupuncture and chiropractic services, as well as after-hours emergency. Soft tissue surgery, dental procedures and orthopedic surgery are routinely performed (including fracture repair and ACL tears, patellar luxation repair). Our clinic also offers digital x-ray, ultrasound and cold laser for our small animal patients. Certified veterinary technicians and a dedicated support team are present as well.

A sample of urine can tell us if there is an infection, evidence of kidney disease or diabetes, and also if there are crystals or abnormal cells that may be leading to your pet’s clinical signs.

Our Rockville location has had a large animal haul-in facility since 2001. Dr. Harpold built his equine reproductive services with the addition of this facility. Since then, an addition was built to provide stallion collection services. The Rockville small animal clinic was added to this location south of town in 2005. Our doctors’ special interests at this location include advanced orthopedic surgery (plating, cruciate repairs, etc.), equine reproductive services, bovine embryo work, bull semen collection, acupuncture, chiropractic services, cold laser therapy, and physical rehabilitation.

Large Animal Vet
Best large animal vet around. Very knowledgeable about cattle and willing to teach owners how to do more simple procedures and give shots on their own.
Equine Vet
The Rockville office is excellent. If you have a horse, Ted Harpold's the man to call. He owns horses now and mules in the past, so he knows what he's talking about. Wish I had a vet like him years ago when I was breeding horses. This man is a gem to equine community. I don't know who could ever replace or compare to him. It will be a devastating loss if he retires anytime soon. I've never had an equine vet this knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about him he's just irreplaceable. They also have a good small animal surgeon up there. My dog had cancer and now he doesn't. They also have a young lady, very tall brunette I believe her name is Michelle that was excellent with my dog. He had never been sick in his life except for the cancer and she checked him thoroughly wasn't cancer but bad diarrhea and vomiting but she got him straightened out.
