The hours (9am - 4pm) are inconvenient for a person who works out of Greenbrier limits (Nashville, TN). There is also an inconvenience factor because we have a sub-sort facility in Goodlettsville. If a package is unable to be delivered to my home, it goes back to Goodlettsville, then back to Greenbrier for delivery. I have had to settle on the fact that this is what I get for living the "rural life". As far as customer service however, I have never had anything but exceptional service and understanding from all employees at this station. They are patient and helpful and will go above and beyond to help resolve any issues.

Horrible. Couple of weeks ago, they gave my 200 dollar camera to a previous resident. Had to wait an additional week to get it off that guy. NOW, I go on a trip out of town and while people were at the address I sent it to, at the exact time, they didn't drop off another package I needed TODAY because there was no safe place for the package. Wtf? There were people here! Thanks, now I gotta make a trip to the post office and pray they give it to me before 1pm. So ticked. Nothing but trouble with this place. And did I mention the mail gets here past 4pm. Really??

Waited in line for 10 mins just for the man to tell me he couldn't help me because it was almost 11- their 2 hour lunch break starts at 11. If I was there at 1050 waiting you would think they could help me but nope. Had to wait there just for him to be very rude and turn me away. He must have been very hungry. Never going back to that location again

I feel like patience and consideration are two things you need to have to work at a post office. People (like myself) just want to know what's going on when something isn't delivered. My experience was with a snappy individual who seemed to be bothered and inconvenienced by my questions, which caused me to feel snappy in return. I've worked in service industries all my life and am forgiving of a bad day, but good gracious! Someone here needs an attitude check. Don't treat people that way...customer or not. I didn't treat you like a servant, don't treat me like I don't have any right to inquire about my stuff.
