Have been eating here 20+ yrs only down for me as

is that I must request well done or sometimes they are not and if you get take out they won't give u celery

The other reviews are typical. Service can be good or non existent and somehow seems to be better when the place is busy.

The wings (buy 10 get 10 free on Tuesday) are great. Salads are fresh and plentiful.

Inventory control seems lacking because they are out of things too often.

My Mom and I ate lunch at Ronnies in gcs yesterday. We walked in saw no one that worked there to seat us we waited a minute or 2 and started to sit at a booth by the window, then a guy came over yelling you cant sit there the carseat wont fit, he said you will have to sit at a table over here.

i said well how about that bigger booth by the window (mind you the place was nearly empty of customers) he said well i havent cleaned that 1 and i have other people to wait on ( the booth had 2 cups on it and needed to be wiped down at the... most) i said well thats fine we can wait, so the guy acts completely ticked grabs the cups and walks off, we are feeling like dang thats rude but i wanted there crabs cakes so i said forget about it. so the guy was huffy and rude thru the whole meal didnt want to wait on us so being jerk. so im still eating my fries and mom is drinkin her sweet tea the guy yells from hafe way across the place hey u 2 ur bill is 29 bucks... then comes over and tries to take my plate of fries that mom and i were still clearly eating.

mom says oh were need another minute were still eating.. he says FINE and huffs off all tcked off. so mom goes up and pays the bill. then in walks Ronnie the owner. he has always been nice to me when i go in there so mom asked to speak with him and tells him the whole deals. that "manager" ie Ronnies son FREAKED! starts saying ur laying i didnt do anything wrong ... mom says wheres my bill i paid, i never even saw it! you were rude and unprofessional! Ronnie said he was sorry and offered mom a comp'd meal mom refused and said no i dont want something for nothing i just think you need to be nicer to ur customers and we left, well today that man ronnies son found a note mom dropped with her cell # on it. he called her up and told her that we are never to come back in his place again that we are nothing more than scammers and we complained for no reason and his dad agrees... i hadnt planned on going back anytime soon anyhow but now im down right offended!
