Dickey's Barbecue Pit

We went to a Packer game on Sunday the 10th of November excited to try this restaurant since they were listed on Groupon and we never knew they existed. So to our surprise when we were 15 minutes away my wife called and the owner stated they were not yet opened and did she want to pre-order. My wife said okay and then when she said we had a Groupon he said he would not honor it stating "It was a misprint and miscommunication and Groupon is nothing but a headache". Although I am not quite sure what happened the OWNER did not apologize or provide a solution. We would have never known about the place if it were not for Groupon and we will not patronize this place anytime in the future. And for anyone that wants GREAT BBQ in Green Bay I would recommend Joe's Texas BBQ located at 1800 S Ashland Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304. They have awesome food, are much more friendly and we actually were introduced to them on Groupon and have frequented the place on numerous occasions. Oh and by the way they are much more reasonable in price. The only problem is that you may have to wait because they are very popular.
