Their progressive lenses, mfg in Minneapolis, are IMO the absolute best progressives available. They have some sort of (patented?) process which produces lenses of superior edge-to-edge clarity compared to locally-produced lenses. They do honor Priority Health Medicare insurance but they are not extremely inexpensive. If your lenses get damaged or scratched in the 1st year they will replace them for free. Love this place. 5 stars easy.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If they find something troubling in your eye exam, they will refer you to the Vitreo-Retinal specialists on E. Paris. If you have a family history of eye problems, I recommend their exam plan -- for a set price, you can have your eyes checked out as often as you want for a year or two. I've got my money's worth on that and then some!

Someone else complained that their 2 for $whatever deal didn't work, but those NEVER do if you need ultra-thin lenses, glare proofing, etc. That's the same no matter where you go.

They advertise their glasses as 2 for $59 or $69 but when it was all said and done, my 2 for $69 glasses ended up being $359.

DO NOT GO THERE! There is no point in setting an appointment as walk ins get the same "treatment" Sat for 1/2 hour, had numerous people walk in and get seen before me even though I had an appointment. Would NOT recommend it at all unless you have all day to wait and a lot of patience.
