        Overall

        I went into the Grand Prairie Walmart to purchase some items for my van. And came across The Star Wars Darth Vader on sale with the displayed price of $18.00! I went to purchase the product and it rang up as $99.00. So, I went to the customer service center, and waited to speak to the manager on duty for 15 minutes, finally after waiting, and speaking to him. The shift manager called his superior, and both stated that they could not honor the displayed price.

        As a consumer when you are out shopping and come upon an item of interest that is DISPLAYED at one price, only to ring up at another. The Retailer has an obligation to their customers to honor it. Regardless, of their profit loss! This WalMart in Grand Prairie off the I 20 has NO Clue! The store manager's name is Derek Dennam.
