        Overall

        Call and asked if they were doing loans today, clerk said yes but they close at 5pm. It was 4:15pm, so I drove there from Dallas and black lady with long hair don't even acknowledge me. I said hello I wanted to re-open loan. She looked at me and I already close 15 min ago. The time now was 4:40pm. The refused to do my loan and told me to. Come back another day. Horrible customer service!
