I LOVE DOCTOR BERRY! yes she can be kind of cold, but once you warm up to her and don't take it so seriously she is a great vet. They do ask for payment in full, but that is understandable. The clinic is always clean, smells nice and the staff are friendly. Wouldn't take my business anywhere else!

We take our dog a mini Aussie,all the way to Colby because of the cold shouder treatment of this vet.She never smiles and has no sense of humor,both of which are important when dealing with the public..It makes people uneasy when she does not look at you or greet you.barely speaks at all.I have heard that she is very skilled and that may be but she has no customer service skills

When she first came to town,she alienated lots of people by demanding all the payment for everything,up front.including expensive surgeries.Now a lot of folks take their pets to St.Francis or Colby.She is very competent and her clinic is spotless and professional,but she is unfriendly and aloof to people,Usually,has a wonderful receptionist but beware if the male substitute is there--he has an attitude and looks like a hillbilly poop-for-brains with his baseball cap on at work.\

This clinic is wonderful. Dr. Berry has provided excellent care for my 4 dogs. All of the staff are very kind and helpful too. It's very clean there and they have a large selection of Science Diet foods and will happily special order formulas if they don't normally stock it. They also carry homeopathic products.
