Here's what I wrote personally to Sully's Auto Body. It says it all: Dear Sully, I want to thank you and your entire crew for the fantastic work you did on my Subaru. The rusty parts on the rear fenders and the dents on the front fender are not only gone, the entire car looks brand-new! And I cannot believe how well you have matched the paint, and this is not just matching one color but two colors. After bringing my car home and parking it, I went out several times to stare at itI was so impressed w/ how nice it looks. I couldnt wait to show my wife who was also quite impressed w/ your work. My thanks to you and to your entire crew for such a fine job. Enclosed is my check for the work along w/ a $50 bonus for your crew. Please thank them for me. Sincerely, Perry Phillips

I have been using this auto body shop for many years. Not only has the work always been exceptional, but the owner is very accommodating and sensitive to the needs of the customer. Usually left unexpectedly carless after an accident, they will work around your schedule, do on-site estimates, and handle all the details between the towing and insurance companies-and I was also provided with a substitute car free of charge! While insurance companies like to refer to their own list of shops, I prefer to support local small businesses who are in struggling competition with large companies who provide no personal attention. If you want to feel as if you are the only customer that matters and not just a number, this is the place to go!
