Bright Now! Dental

This is the worst dental operation I have ever seen! We had an appointment for my 6 year old son for a check up and cleaning. We had 10 o'clock appt. At 10:30 another person walked in and was seen within 10 minutes while we sat waiting to be called in. 45 minutes after our appointment time we were finally called in. It took another 45 minutes to take x-rays and count his teeth. Then we were told that we had to schedule another appointment for his cleaning. When I informed them that this appointment was for cleaning they seemed confused. After another 15 minutes waiting for someone to tell us if they were going to clean his teeth, no one came back. I finally had my son stand up and we walked out extremely upset without the cleaning. No one even noticed that we left! My wife called them and they had no idea that we even walked out. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to clean my dogs teeth let alone do any other dental work!
