Jennifers Country Flowers

We purchased the "beautiful in blue" best seller arrangemnet for my mother in laws funeral, she loved lillies. There were no lillies in the arrangement that was delivered and the manager had no sympathy or did she care that this was a big deal for us. Why would she, she made over $3000 from her funeral. She accused my husband of lying about the missing lillies. We cannot go back in time and do another funeral with new flowers. I will never use jennifers again or my whole family that purchased from there either.

I recently used this florist for my grandfather's funeral. My sister recommended Jennifer's. We met there and placed our order. Initially we had a good experience. An employee Sat with us as we selected 2 arrangements. Once we arrived at viewing and saw our flowers we were instantly DISAPPOINTED. Both arrangements were wrong. We were expecting both flowers to be made completely of roses however both were mainly made of carnations. Our large arrangement was suppose to display a ribbon reading "pop" there was NO ribbon at all. A call was placed to the florist expressing our findings. NO APOLOGY was even offered to us. The only offer made was to have ribbon delivered to funeral home (which never arrived) and we were told the chooses we made had description of roses and carnations. (This was not the case.....the book we choose from only had a picture and item # no description. ) CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT A PRIORITY WITH JENNIFER'S.

I will not go anywhere else, as I have found a wonderful "Golden Rule" business ! #1 HERE is TRULY # !

I have been dealing with Mr. Barry and Jennifer, for many years now, and no matter the occasion they have always provided their BEST. So consistent in their quality, it is now to a point where even if I don't know exactly what to order - they do - and, it's always perfectly beautiful and very reasonable ! More than what I would have expected, let alone better than I could have done picking something out ! Even my co-workers, whose family owns a Florist business distantly out of the area, have commented: "WOW...I don't even think my own family could come close to doing what Jennifer's Florist does!" Others have told me " That's it! I don't need to search any further - I have found a permanent new Florist for everything I could ever need for my wife, or my family! They are the best I have ever seen!" Working at the local hospital, I have seen plenty of their Masterpieces - Beautiful every time, and never a voice complaint. Jennifer's Florist is the very best for the hard-working buck...and, a Mayberry-like atmosphere, with the folks running the business! Respectfully Refreshing! They practice everyday, in every way, the "Golden Rule" ... they are a real " KEEPER " ! ~ Susan M.

I have been using Jennifer for about 2 years. As the treasurer my church's ushers I am responsible for sending flowers to many different events. Jennifer's has always helped me pick out t he appropriate flowers. They do absolutely wonderful arrangements, tasteful messages (if you need help) and I know that the flowers will be delivered on time.

Jennifer's did the flowers for my father-in laws funeral and they were really beautiful and really resonable on price.They were accomidating to all of our needs and were able to do an arrangement for even our realatives who were limited on funds. I would recomend them to Everyone, and will definitely use them again in the future for all of our floral needs.
