NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY!!! I went there today to have my acrylic nails taken off and get a manicure. When I called last night to schedule the appointment I asked the lady on the phone if I could schedule it as a soak off, she told me they had to look at my nails first before they could say if they could soak them. So I show up today and the guy Mike takes me over to a station and starts cutting my acrylics with regular nail trimmers. Well when you have a newer set of acrylics (2 weeks old) it hurts when someone starts cranking on them with trimmers. So then he starts to use a new nail tip to push inbetween my nail and the acrylic and starts to peel the acrylics off. I have a high tolerance for pain but this REALLY HURT. So I politely asked if we could do the soak off since this was really hurting me... Mike proceded to tell me that if would take too long and that if he'd had trouble taking them off then he would... um excuse me I'm the customer making a simple request and I'm in pain, but you won't do it unless you have trouble?! WHAT!!! And not to mention the salon was nearly empty. He had time to do it, and I had plenty of time to have this done so I wasn't in pain!!! So I had decided there was no way I was giving him a tip. But then he does everything else and is just about to start painting my nails and he tells me I need to pay before he paints my nails. I understand this so you don't mess up the color but now I am forced to put a tip since he is sitting right in front of me as I sign the receipt. Back to the refusing to do what I asked and force me to be in excruciating pain, had there been another client lined up after me, I would have understood, but as soon as mr sadist was done with painting my nails, which he sucked at (I have painted my nails better myself at home with cheap Walmart brand polish) he had me go over and dry them. And as soon as I sat down to dry my nails, he sat down in a chair and put in earphones and just sat there doing nothing! I didn't even wait for my nails to dry since I knew looking at them, I will be repainting them myself at home within 24 hours! I CAN'T BELIEVE I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY HERE!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! And I hope someone learns from my HORRIBLE experience and chooses somewhere else!!! I repeat my opening statement, NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY!!!
