I took my son for a fractured wrist and I couldn't be more pleased with the doctors they were very good with my 10 year old son. They didn't hurry or rush in and out of the room at all. The staff was very nice and helpful. I also disagree with the previous post. We were expected to pay as well and I didn't take wrong at all, just as I would not go anywhere else without paying for the service you get regardless if it's before or after the sevice is performed. I would recommend these doctors to anyone for their orthopaedic needs.

I had a great expereince with this office when I took my daughter there for treatment of a Cheerleading injury. I disagree with the previous review. The providers were very caring and attentive to our needs. I think it is unrealistic to think that offices can't operate like any other business and expect payment for services when provided. Just as you wouldn't go to the grocery and walk out without paying, we cant expect physicians to operate any differently than any other business. I drove 40 minutes to this office because of their excellent reputations. They were very busy, however I've yet to go to a GREAT Surgeon who wasn't busy. I highly recommend this practice for all Orthopedic needs!!!

First you make an appointment, then you wait. Once there you will wait again. Then you will see the physician for 3-4 minutes. If you need to have a procedure done, you will need to pay in full before the procedure can be done. Not only do you feel you are at the mercy of the the office, you are. You have to pay for procedures and performance not yet performed. I thought it was the opposite. You pay for performance and customer service. Just show them the money and hope they perform.
