Dr. Mitchell and all the staff here are professional yet highly compassionate. Dr. Mitchell’s expertise is unsurpassed, as is his kindness. We’ve been going to McMillan Veterinary Clinic for twenty years. Even though we’ve moved away from Gallatin we’ve continued to take our pets here. We always will. We simply wouldn’t entrust them to anyone else.

We moved here last year and was looking for a great vet as we have several animals. I heard good things about this clinic, so I thought I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did. So knowledgeable, kind, considerate, listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions. I never felt rushed and the care my pet received was wonderful.

A nice added perk is my cat really hates car rides and his crate. He yells and whines pretty much the whole time. When we walked in, he was still yelling. They have this super sweet kitty that they call the resident kitty or "the walmart greeter" that heard Tigger in distress and came over to investigate. He was loving on the crate and sat with him a minute and calmed my kitty right down. Now that in itself was amazing because 99.9% of stranger cats hiss at each other! I was actually pretty shocked. I'm a cat person and that's rare. So I'm convinced that little sweet kitty is an angel in disguise. 😊

Long story short, this is the place to go. If you are looking for a phenomenal clinic that provides excellent care for your furchildren, then look no further. I am so thrilled to have found them!

We enjoyed the visit as the doc listened to us and gave us good advice but seemed so relaxed and gave us a lot of time and interaction. She loved on my cat which calmed her down. Excellent care!

Dr. Mitchell is so caring yet very professional. He even called to check on Skipper to follow up on his care. Good to find a place that understands how your pet is family. Yes, I recommend these Veterinarians and the staff.

My shih tzu went in for a teeth cleaning and this hospital suggested that I run blood work due to his age. I wasn't sure if that was really necessary but I did it. I'm so glad I did! They found my little man was starting to have problems with his kidneys. I learned that is common with the shih tzu breed. I went back for another visit after some medications and different food and his kidneys are doing better. They may have given me many more years with my precious dog. Thank You So Much! They have a compassionate staff and everyone was really nice.
