Londonderry Apartments

I have lived at Londonderry for over a year now. I moved here because my parents lived here 20+ years ago and the pricing was fair. The maintenance is always very nice and responds fairly quick. When it comes to the actual leasing staff, I only deal with one agent because I know he will get my requests put in and I know exactly who put it in. Ms. Jackson, the property manager, has been there for some time I have heard but personally and professional I do not deal with her and will not deal with her again. She is very rude and unprofessional. There were a few times where I had to go above her due to her lack of response. Overall, Londonderry is a great location and has a lot of amenities. Parking could be better if there was more visitor but overall if they changed the property manager then they would be a lot better off.

This other person must have had some wild experience. I have lived at Londonderry for 4 years, I moved up here for a job and found it to be a nice place with decent pricing for this area. The amenities are great, indoor pool, huge outdoor pool, maintenance is quick (not always expert work but its also free), and the apartments are nice for the price. The office staff I can agree is not the friendliest of people. But I have also seen them dealing with ignorant people and I think they have to stick to their guidelines-normal for any job. My car was stolen from once when I left it unlocked, but one night coming back from the airport early morning I ran into a young man going into cars, called the police and confronted him. He was like 13 and just a punk ran away from me terrified. There are a lot of families here, good mix of demographics overall but heavily populated with Latin Americans. I have two kids, I feel safe and have recommnded friends to move in, two of which have and love it as well. I am an educated woman, married, with a decent job and good enough standards that if this place was aweful I would say it. I have actually avoided moving because I like it here so much.

Londonderry Apartments In Gaithersburg MD.Warning Warning Warning, Lets first start with Angela Jackson. That lady treats her employees like crap. Not to mention how she talks to her tenants. I will never rent from Kay Management again. I will stay away at all cost. It seem's as if the company trains their employees on how to treat customers badly. Don't even expect a proper greeting when you call the Silver Spring office for any kind of information. The idiot on the other end has no phone manners at all. PARKING at LONDONDERRY APARTMENTS is a NIGHTMARE. Expect to walk a mile to your apartment if you work late. NO SECURITY on the premises AT ALL. Expect a surprise when you walk to your car in the morning, your windows will be smashed in. Oh and don't bother calling the rental office. They wont help. They wont even post notices for other tenants to be aware... Just suck it up, pay to replace your windows and hope it wont happen again. Don't expect much from the inside of your apartment. Everything is OLD, but you do pay cheap rent. KAY MANAGEMENT needs to send ANGELA JACKSON to another location. A Location where the tenants nor employees wont take her bull sh*t. She wouldn't last a week...
