El Michoacan Mexican Restaurant

They have awesome food, a friendly staff, and a clean environment. I've been to many Mexican restaurants and this is my favorite. The Grilled Chicken Quesadilla is the best!

I was just looking this up for the phone number and saw the below review and to say I am shocked is an understatement. This restaurant has always been a pleasant place to eat. The staff is ALWAYS nice and the food has ALWAYS been good....and I am one that tries something different everytime I eat at a restaraunt. I am also an observer when I am out and watch how other people interact, waitstaff included. Maybe the person below was rude and unpleasant when they went in. Karma. The staff has always been kind and friendly to all of the patrons (from all walks of life) that I have witnessed, even when they are crazy busy. I recommend people try this place. Delicious Mexican food at a reasonbale price, with a friendly wait staff.

Where do I even start? The place was very unsanitary. The tables were dirty, the floors obviously hadn't been mopped in a long time, the bathrooms were filthy. It was not a tidy place at all. The staff were very rude and unpleasant. Don't get me wrong, I go to restaurants for food and not for overly joyful staff - but these people were outright nasty to me. Especially the cashier, who had the ugliest tone with me, as if me simply paying my bill was the biggest inconvenience of his entire lifetime. The food was disgusting. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with cheese, and what I got was horrendous. It felt and tasted like someone microwaved some chicken nuggets, wrapped them in a tortilla, sprinkled some Great Value orange cheese on top, and microwaved it again. It didn't taste like anything. One of the people I was with said that they had good fries - kinda hard to mess those up, though...
