McCoy & Mills Ford

I though I was dealing with professionals but it turned out to be the most unprofessional dealer ever. As soon as you call to get a quote they wont stop calling with empty promises. After I negotiated the car no one told me to take any extra documents. I went on a Thursday night to close the deal and they made a big deal about the insurance, no one told me to bring proof of insurance and when we couldn't contact my insurance company they tried to sell me another insurance to garantee the car would be insured, but guess what? they offered that possibility without keeping their word. No one told me to bring a proof, then they said they could work somehting out and asked me to leave a $250.00 deposit, when I finally agreed because I was tired of waiting, I was there from 8pm until 11:30pm, they couldn't keep their word. $100 later in Uber I came back empty handed.... Ah! when they told me to "pick up the car" they said they would reimburse my ride, which never happened. This dealer cost me $100 and a waste of my time, not to mention the stress. Next day I did a new insurance and called this dealer asking to deliver the car to me, tomorrow is my birthday and I was hoping to give myself a birthday present. Dave the manager, which I thought was an honest person between all the chaos, told me he could deliver the car next day not a problem because now I had my insurance. Jim, the sales person called me and said he was on his way, when I finally thought all is good Jim gets here and ask to call my insurance company and add the car immediately so I call my broker and left a msg, Jim stayed around my place and trespassed into a private property to keep an eye in the car in my garage (oh Wow) Very bad manners and the worst costumer service. He delivered the car and called me 4x after asking about my insurance, although I understand and abide by the law I found this disrespectul, unfortunate, wrong and most of all I felt harrassed at my own home. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

I've been using McCoy Mills Ford for nearly a decade, and have always had a great experience. I'm mostly familiar with their Service team, but four months ago, my wife bought her Mustang GT, and last week, I bought an F350 Platinum Crewcab Pickup. The vehicles are amazing, and the Sales process at McCoy Mills made the purchases about as easy a process as you can imagine.

I called told them what I wanted and what I needed my payments to be on the phone. I was firm and specific.(if I had arrived and the terms & or car was different I was prepared to leave) They really had it all together, it went perfect. (oh, I forgot, I also told them they had my time and attention to close this deal & all paperwork in 1 hour or less) they did it....THEY ROCK!! I shall return when ready to trade (I really hate to buy cars,they made it simple).



FYI the service on my Escape Hybrid 2007 has been sweet, appointments,shuttle service,or hot coffee & TV, ready when promised and very inexpensive. (not to mention how helpful,nice & happy the employees are)
