Bay Area Jewlers is a realy good store. I highly recomend it. The owner is very nice to me and gives me good service and prices. I recomend it becuse good service,low prices,and friendly slales people.I have been going there for 21 years and have gotton no problems. very professional . I trust this store very much.

Absolutely cannot recommend this store. Took diamond band in to be sized larger. They damaged the channel -setting and refused to repair their poor workmanship and refused to reimburse for the resizing. The manager, Fausto , along with the man who did the repairwork were rude and know nothing about good customer service. Do not shop here!
