1 star for Julie who really "cares" for her patients. Take it from an insider who works shoulder to shoulder with the staff... If you are looking for a place to get quality care, keep looking! Patients are treated like another number, all staff is highly unorganized, violating HIPPA left and right, need a medication authorized? Be ready to wait 1 month or may never get done. Have a billing issue? Contact the rude manager who will give you the run and make you pay up. No one knows how to get anything done in a timely manner. Take your health in your own hands and go to an actual doctor, not a NP who only uses medicine to "cure" you.

Julie the NP was great spends time with her patients ad really listens to them and is so sweet. The bad thing is you don't see Julie first, just like any other place you see the front office staff first. They act as if you bother them when you walk in no one says hello they don't even remember my name and I have been a patient with Julie for years. Before The office moved locations it was great. Deb, Chris, Gail, and Julie were so friendly and always took time to listen they treated you like family. Yes I'll admit at times they bickered quietly behind doors but they cared about their patients and each other. The office manager Sam is rude cuts you off when your talking will be playing with his phone when asking a question and when he does acknowledge you he looks thru you not at you, I have grave concerns about his ability to function at work either due to life or medications he had made several mistakes that if not caught could have been dangerous. I think until the old staff returns me a my family will be looking or a different office to get our health care needs met. I suggestion the same for others. First impressions are key and I used to have a great one now it's very saddening.
