I've been going here and was really with the progress. I've lost 30 pounds and I'm 42 in the best shape of my life, thanks to Ries! It is a fun atmosphere and look forward to going every week!

I was not happy with my body and was giving up on diets. I called White Oak Wellness a miracle would make me lose weight. I am super happy with the results I got! They know what they are doing, they have great tips and they make you want to loose weight! I would recommend to anyone that want to loose weight and are tired of trying everything else.

Visited this place last week. I thought the staff was great and very informative. It was very busy when I went but they explained things well to me. I believe the whole process took fast and was catered well. The service I received was excellent. The weight loss program is the best.

My experience with White Oak Wellness was wonderful. I was well informed prior to accepting the program and knew what was expected of me to accomplish successful weight loss. I have tried other weight loss programs in the past but this program taught me how to make lifestyle changes to my eating habits. There were NO INJECTIONS involved and it involved eating healthy, non-processed foods. All natural supplements were included and no stimulants were used. I did not experience hunger during the program. I learned to eat foods my body actually needs and avoid those foods that it doesn't need. The staff is very knowledgeable and supportive. Kudos to all those involved in my weight loss journey but a special THANK YOU to Susan, who guided me through the program with ease and success. She is very professional, knowledgeable about nutrition and extremely personable.
