Nationwide Insurance Phillip Keith Massey

I received a call today from Francine Edmondson at Keith Massey's Nationwide agency telling me that they were cancelling our homeowner's policy due to lack of payment from the mortgage company. She insisted that it was my responsibility to call the mortgage company to collect their payment because she didn't have the phone number for JP Morgan Chase and that the number she called knew nothing of our mortgage account. What type of insurance agency doesn't know the phone number to the major lenders???? She spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. Despite letting her know that it was HER job to know, I gave her the number to customer service. She then proceeded to call me back telling me that they also knew nothing of our account and that the person she spoke to said all of the Chase phone numbers pertaining to this would lead to the same place and that "she's done everything she could do to help me." I then personally called the EXACT same number that I gave to her and got right to a guy that told me they had sent out the payment to them on the 2nd, about a week ago. He said it was odd that it had never been paid and that they just were now getting request for payment from the agency. He said the money has been there since December of 2014 but no request for payment was sent. About 15 minutes after I got off the phone with CHase, Francine calls me back to tell me "what she did for me." Are you freaking kidding!?!?!? She miraculously had all of the information that she didn't have to begin with and then single handedly got it all resolved not knowing that I had just spent an hour on the phone doing her job. Why the heck have an agency if not to take care of this kind of stuff so that I don't have to??? Shame on you Francine. You're horrible at your job and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the people you are working for realize it. We'll be finding another insurance company.
