Frankfort Residential Heating & Cooling

came home from work to find that our heat was not working on a day that was below 0 - we looked in the phone book and found Frankfort Residential heating and air conditioning and called for service. The gentleman, Steve, who came out was so professional. Came out within an hour or so and fixed our heat. On a Friday evening at 8:00pm - we certainly expected a hefty bill. This is not what happened. The service call was a fair price and the part he replaced was $10. That's it!!! My husband who owns a Restaurant and Catering business tried to give Steve a tip and he would not accept the tip. Frankfort Residential is my new, permanent heating and air conditioning company. I have the number in my personal phone book and if I ever need service again this will be the first person I call. We highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.Read less
