First time customer of Action Auto Recycling, I got nothing but the best service from all of the people I met, super nice and friendly. I am fixing a Ford Escape for a lady as a favor, and "Uriz" help me get everything I needed for the car for a very reasonable price. Thank you guy. 5 star's service. I will recomend Action Auto to my friend's.

Gentleman was very quick to help me with my Infiniti parts, he went above and beyond and found my part and it fixed my issue 100%!

Horrible horrible customer service. Had a car with a broken air bag clock spring. The part was bad (open), just as the one I was replacing. They were broken EXACTLY the same way. We have been in business 30 years, are honest and know exactly what we're doing. Rick said that we must have spun the steering wheel and that "over spinning" is the only way the clockspring could have been bad. Ummmm, you don't know what you're talking about. They go bad and break all of the time. We do several a year. How do you explain the one we were working on?! No one "removed the steering column, over spun the steering wheel, broke the clockspring and then reinstalled the column". When I tried explaining to him, he kept telling me that I was wrong, and he was right. The other negative reviews on here are correct. Rick is very arrogant and rude.

I NEVER intend on doing business again with Action. American Auto Salvage takes care of nearly everything I need and stands behind their parts.

We do business under Sean's Towing, and needed a Transmission for a F150. The facility is very organized and the staff (everyone from in the office to in the yard) is very nice and gives great service. Be careful of the bad reviewers, if any, they probably wanted the Recycler to do something that would hurt their business. I will continue to use them when I need something which is often in our business. They were also very accommodating and swapped out the Trans for me no problem when we found it was an older one that wouldn't fit in our 2006. Thanks all!

Best prices around. Parts were in when promised. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Will definitely return when I need additional parts and will recommend to others.

Website and prior ratings were very professional and positive. After reviewing website for part and pricing called Siris and verified in stock and amount. Exactly as stated. Very upfront, honest and accomodating. Called to confirm location. Very helpful. After getting to location Siris and Nephew went above and beyond to expedite my service! It was worth the drive. Would highly recommend!

Too often people are quick to write negative comments and the good things are never spoken about. I as a woman am always worried that I'm going to get the run around when I go to car shops because I'm not knowledgable about cars. I had gone to numerous shops and was so frustrated I didn't think I would ever get relief. But on my last try I called Action Auto, they helped me and fixed everything! They had the most positive attitude and answered all the millions of questions I had without hesitation. Within 45 minutes of being on the phone with them I was at the store and paying for my part. They honestly changed my whole day and experience with other auto part stores from a negative one to a great one! I'm almost glad I left the other places just so I could come here. They were an absolute pleasure.

So I call, order part.. Given wrong part, so I call good ol boy rick who tells me to drive an hour back to his shop (cause he's the manager and "good luck"talking to owner says rick) so simeone can see if they can find the right part because his "puter" says they should have it but but there's no way of telling ? So I ask if he can have someone check and call me tomorrow if they indeed have the part... Well rick dosent work tomorrow so there's no way have anyone check on it... If u have a "puter" rick u might check for a pen and papper...save yourself the hassle they don't even know what they have

I went in today for a transfer case that is very hard to identify due to all of the options for my year model and these guys knew their stuff. All of the guys in the front and back were top notch professionals and very friendly. I will definitely be using these guys again.

I had called several places for a certain part for my 04 Crossfire and they had it and also put it on hold for me with my name on it... The person who had helped me was awesome and even though I was doubtful he was great and asked what car and part and BAM!!! He asked my name and said he was holding it for me till I was able to get there 2 days later, (since I was helping my mom with her knee replacement the next day). I have to say they care about customer service.... You do not find that any more with a lot of business's these days!!!! 5 STARS
