        You have about a 50/50 chance ...

        You have about a 50/50 chance that they will show up at all, and they won't be calling ahead of time to let you know when they aren't coming.

        I used them for years for my condo, and my rentals and they were always reliable. In the past year they have failed to show up for more than half of their appointments (at least 4 different occasions) without calling me to let me know (My time is valuable too). I won't use them ever again.
