Bob S was able to quickly diagnose my issue and very patiently explained the problem and options. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely request him specifically whenever I need a plumber.

Alex A and another tech were here on 4-14-18 to look at our tankless water heater. They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They opened up the unit knew what needed to be done. Our unit is old and needs service. We were given options without being pressured into making a decision. The experience was great and we will use them again.

Bob S came to my house today ,,,. the plumber I normally have used could not get time for another three days . I checked around and dis
covered 4 star. We called and got an appointment for the same day. I had attempted to replace my kitchen Faucet and in the process discovered I had a leak in the on off valves for Hot and Cold water. the valves were not in great shape and would not fully turn off without a lot of force and it was time to get them fixed before I proceeded. Bob checked out my problem and advised me what I needed to do. Bob did it quickly and neatly. As a bonus Bob went the extra mile and finished the faucet install and cleaned up another issue I had under my sink
Because of Bob's willingness to go the extra mile i will not call anyone to do plumbing work in my home other than 4 Star and will definitely request Bob S come to do the wok

Bob S. came out to remove my bathroom vanity after my roof started leaking so that the restoration company could immediately start drying out the wall behind it. Patience worked with me to get them out here quickly. The restoration company will now be able to dry out the wall. Bob S did a great job of explaining the work involved and removed the vanity without any incident and very efficiently--with the help of Justin. Furthermore, I was very pleased that Bob was able to repair/update the disposal in the kitchen during the same job. Bob S. is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate Bob S. and 4 Star's immediate response times and attention to detail/quality service!

I am involved in an issue with my insurance company in which they have denied the claims even though it is highly probable that some of the "hand chosen" people that came to "assess" what was wrong caused some of the damage. I Found 4 star on the BBB site. Despite the fact their site claims "risk free estimates", they refused to come, telling me that they need to fill out other documentation in order to provide an estimate. Then they told me it will cost me $125/hr. for the "site visit" they would then have to do. This appears to be one huge bait & switch. This is not being processed through my insurance company, as I told them. I explained my attorney just needs an estimate of the damage so he has figures to work with. They refused again. I will never refer anyone to this company, and I will surely spread the word to as many places as I can about their so called "risk free estimate" which turns into a $125/hr fee. Roto Rooter provided this without issue.

Very stubborn, old toilet...but Bob to the rescue! He was like a detective-checking every part of the toilet over and over, until he solved the mystery, then fixed the problem! He was thorough, courteous and professional. A very pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend 4 star services they were very prompt and my specialist Eddie was very honest and helpful. He got to the problem quick and found the solution and was up and running in minutes.
