If you go to an inexpensive chinese restaurant it's not uncommon that there English isn't the greatest. And when you special order something like that problems are more likely regardless of speaking English. Sounds like the other reviewer has an issue with that. Great restaurant. It's best NOT to order on the phone. Order face-to-face for better understanding.

Lady took my order and did not understand when i told her no vegtables in my fried rice. I called back to see if I could come change my order and she refused to believe that the customer was right. She then tried to put me on hold. She just lost a regular customer. I used to go there once a week. This is a great bussiness as long as there are no problems. Maybe one thing you should do if you're going to live in a country is learn the launguge. I think you should respect America enough to learn our launguge if you want to live here. If she did speak english, then we wouln't have had this problem.
