Cardinal Mechanical

I cant say enough about how great and honest these guys are. The 'Big' company in the area came and wanted to charge me thousands for a new system due to a safety problem. I called Cardinal for a 2nd opinion and was very glad i did. They could have agreed with the bigger company, and probably gotten a new job out of me just by beating the price from the other company, but didnt. Instead, they charged me a fraction of the price and replaced the small inexpensive part that was actually my problem. Kudos!

Absolutely a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, on time, and were easily able to explain my heating problem in a way i could understand. They had the part on their truck, and I was back in a warm house quickly. Thanks Joe!

Well, they were nice when they came to do the estimate and installation. They were careful and professional at the time. However, the pump that they installed for the new furnace broke three month after the installation. It took them a month to come out and another month to finally get a new one to put in. This second pump still has problem. The acidic water was all over my basement. I called many times but they won't answer the phone nor call back. When my husband called with his work number, they answered and tried to say that I dialed an old number. The contract stats that they will back up their work forever, but I think it was just a sales pitch.
