Immediate Care Foley

All staff were very friendly. NP Beck is the best! She got to the problem right away and diagnosed my bronchitis. She was very thorough and attentive even while I was the very last patient of the day and I had overheard one of the staff say that they’d had a 12 hour day with no down time. I was paying cash for prescriptions and didn’t have the GoodRx app on my phone, so NP Beck so kindly printed coupons for savings on my scripts! That’s going the extra mile and at the end of long tiring day

I went to Immediate Care, Foley for having possibly having the flu. The front receptionist was very kind and had me quickly processed to see a doctor. I saw NP Beck, and was given a very thorough screening, including bloodwork, ekg, xrays, a d flu tests. I had pnuemonia and was given prescriptions for it. They also referred me to South Baldwin ER for more testing. I would go back to Immediate Care or refer them to friends based on my great experience. Everyone was so kind and very thorough.

Friendly, professional and helpful! Wait time was decent, and the doctor was very informative. I was shocked to see the low ratings, my experience was great! I will go back!

Went in today and the lady at the front desk was very rude, rolled her eyes and was texting on cell phone while I'm standing there! Never going back!!

150.00 co pay is there policy if you haven't met your deductible..RIDICULOUS... Urgent care clinic in Robertsdale stated the ins that I have has NO copay. Don't go here because you will feel worse when you leave than when you get there.

Have been there multiple time with at least 15 minutes to close and they refused to see my children. I will take my children/business where the staff genuinely cares (not this place)

Went in for general fatigue, sleeplessness, chest pains, shortness of breath. He prescribed me muscle relaxers and arthritis medication and sent me on my way. Skip this place if you want real medical attention.
