Worst customer service. Beware!!!



1) I booked a 12 passenger van, and nobody call or email me that it is not available. And I already prepaid.

2) They said they can provide me with 2 minivan but since they did not call me, I am alone by myself. (Stupid customer service)

3) The invoice said the fuel is full. However, it is actually 3/4 full. I took a picture of it with the current mileage and fuel gauge.

4) Since I already prepaid, they don't refund me the difference for a smaller car. What a shame!!!



People beware. Alway take pictures.
