The web resume is a great idea for employees seeking and applying for lateral or vertical internal positions. If you do not currently target employees seeking to become candidates for positions within their own companies, you want to try this.



I forwarded the web link to the Director of Technology at AT&T Wireless, formerly Cingular...and my previous employer.



I completed a 'technical' exam and two one-hour phone interviews. I'll be meeting with the folks next week for the position of Manager, Systems Engineering in Cerritos, CA. An offer letter will follow this office meeting.



The offer will be in the 90-110K range, quarterly bonus and company car. Benefits are also very good. They will bridge up to five years of previous Cingular / AT&T time up. The total package is excellent.
