Walmart Supercenter

I'm rating this place one star because of the employees they're so rude here I needed help and asked a lady in the movie section she yelled at me and treated me like I was dumb it was uncalled for! I'm shopping Desoto walmart for now on not only do they carry everything I need but they have nice respectable employees.

I agree, after remodel, prices jumped. Pasta from 1.00 a box to 1.24, 24% increase, plus many, many more items have increased dramatically. Also, when purchasing jewelry, getting a ring sized, was told it would be there in 10 days. Now past the 10 days and might be close to another week.

Just left Festus Walmart. Was never treated so rude. 2 associates, when asked for help, said it was not there job. I thought their jobs was to help customers.

I am sorry to say it, but ever since they did their remodel, the variety and selection have gone down while their prices have gone up. The clothing quality and selection leaves much to be desired! Borrr-ing!! Superficially, it is a nice building, but their employees leave much room for improvement. I don't like being made to feel like I am an inconvience for needing assistance so I can spend money in a store. It does't hurt to smile and use a friendly tone once in a while!!! Your face will not melt off, I promise!!! (The door greeters are often friendly enough, but they are usually the only ones) Once in a blue moon, you do find a helpful employee, but they are few and far between. Their regular grocery prices are decent, but again, the selection stinks. The last several times I have been, the checkout lines were ridiculous with 2 lanes open and 7-10 customers in line with 100 items in a 20 item express lane! They need to re=open self checkouts! That is what they are there for, aren't they?? I've even tried going in the late evening in hopes of missing the crowds, but to no avail.
