There have been a couple of mistakes in the last couple of years, but nothing serious. When it is important, the folks at the P.O. go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. They stay late if they have to so that mail will get delivered. Everyone has always been nice. We really appreciate this great post office!

Back in January I had sent a package off to doral florida. I also added a tracking number on it andits a good thing I did. I kept track on it several times and for some reason it didn't go pass west palm beach for 3 weeks. I called the festus ofc and explained the situation about it and the guy I talked to looked into it. Took several days and I called back and he told me what happened. He took care of it and the package finally went on to its destination. I was so happy that it finally went to doral and I thanked the guy very much for helping me out.

For almost 2 months now. .. every single week (not every day), there is a certain worker who obviously has an issue with me complaining about him not doing his job when 3 days went by in a week that nobody got mail on part of my street. Now when I go to get my mail it is either shoved and crammed into my mailbox. . It is wet(even when there's no rain! ) or it is ripped. Yet nobody else who's mail is in the boxes next to mine is. My leader paper is ruined every week. Just mine.
This is ludicrous. And I can't get through to the postal office but I'm fed up. I'd post a picture if it was an option

Live in Festus, Go to Crystal City Post Office, no one ever has a smile on their face. Crabby people, not good customer service, sorry didnn't want to leave a star rating, but had to give 1...mailed my tax papers out of this location, took them 3 months to find.
