They had to send my lens back to the lab two times because the etching was too deep and you could see it when you held it up to the light. Both times they came back the same as they were when they were sent. The staff says I will just have to live with it. I suggest you get your eyecare done elsewhere.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They charged me 750.00 for glasses and exam. They gave me some kind of discounts which didn't amount to much. I filed the claim with my insurance the way I have always done and then get a phone call saying I took there money from the insurance. I got the glasses told the nurse I couldn't see with them I was told I would have to get used to them after 2 days of not being able to see, I go back and the dr told me his staff ordered the wrong lenses. I then waited over a month for the glasses and they have gave me trouble every since. I have suffered headaches and blurry vision since I got them and after only having them for 7 months, they broke. I was told until I gave them money the insurance reimbursed me they wouldn't honor the warranty. Don't understand how they can do that but I wouldn't advise anyone to use this business. I only gave a 1 star because it says I have to rate it.

I was very happy with my first visit last year, returning for check up next month, My husband is having problems so I am taking him tomorrow if they can get us in on short notice we will see what they do for us.
