Service King

This is NOT Autometric anymore! I took my car to Autometric before it was bought out and had a fantastic experience. So I immediately wanted to take my car back when I was hit. BIG MISTAKE. They told me they would REPLACE the bumper and blend the paint over the hood and the driver side door...even fix a door ding. They also said they would be communicating with me on a daily basis. Over 2 days went by with no word, so I called them. They told me they "didn't have to do any of the extra work" and just pulled the dent and painted half of the fender that they had said they would replace. And when I was angry, they accused me of just "misunderstanding" what they had said. Oh, and when I inspected the paint job, there was a huge run in the paint that had to be redone.

They were disrespectful, arrogant and patronizing. I fully believe that they took advantage of me because I am a woman. Oh, and Service King's headquarters would do NOTHING about the issue. They wouldn't even call me back!
